The Syrian artist, Yasser Al -Azmeh, announced that he obtained Emirati citizenship and thanked the ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Al -Azma said in his accounts on social media: "The United Arab Emirates honored me with the UAE nationality gruffies."
He also thanked Bin Rashid for granting him golden residence for many Arab and Syrian artists, and said that it "gives them the opportunity to work and continuous residence in the Emirates"
