For a period not exceeding 6 months, and in the event of committing the violation for the third time, the fine prescribed for the second time is doubled with the workshop closed permanently.” Variation in responses In a tour conducted by “Al-Watan” in the industrial area west of Riyadh, the responses of the owners and employees of the workshops to the request to repair the car varied.
