The Sharm El -Sheikh International Festival for Youth Theater, headed by director Mazen Al -Gharabawi, announced the details and conditions of the Youth Theater Award in theater authorship in the sixth session, which is dedicated this year to the late great writer Lenin Al -Ramli.

As for the details of the competition and its conditions, Dr. Engy Al -Bastawi, Director General of the Festival, said: The competition includes the long, short, and monodrama text, and the texts prepared for theatrical or non -theater origins are not accepted in order to ensure and search for the young theater drama writer.
She added: The door for submission will be opened from tomorrow, Tuesday, August 31, 2021, to Thursday, September 30, 2021, and the award secretariat will not receive any consideration of the texts that are received after this date unless the opposite is mentioned, and the competition is open to the Egyptian theater book, and also the theater bookIn all Arab countries, or Arabs residing in the different lands of the Diaspora, the winners of the three prizes will be hosted to attend the symposium for the winners of the events in the sixth session.
Among the important conditions also: The contestant's age in November 2021 is not more than (40) years old, preferably the texts in classical Arabic, and the writer presents one text to one of the branches of the competition, and the same writer does not allow more than one branch, and the texts are sent with an overview of the CV The writer has two high -quality personal photos, a copy of the passport, and his mobile phone for easy communication with him in addition to a signed decision of the applicant for his ownership of the theatrical text, and the award will be canceled if it is proven that the text is impersonated or stolen.
