Northern Resources holds the first regional meeting

Yesterday, Sunday, the branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the northern border region held the first regional meeting for 2022 headed by the Director General of the Ministry’s branch in the northern border region, Khaled bin Ali Al-Rumaikhani, and in the presence of assistants and directors of departments in the ministry’s branch, at the headquarters of the Social Security Office in Turaif Governorate.

Achievements:

During the meeting, many achievements were presented, most notably closing the file of used and accumulated cars and discarded furniture, reviewing the balanced scorecard for the ministry branch, and the ministry branch obtaining a performance ratio of 120.5 during the fourth quarter 2021, and reviewing the targets of performance indicators for the first quarter, as well as reviewing the initiative of the cooperative program for branch management The ministry, as well as a review of the unified administrative structure and the presentation of the second phase of the project to link surveillance cameras with the ministry.

open dialogue:

The meeting included an open dialogue with the Director General of the Ministry’s branch, assistants and directors of departments, and the topics on the agenda were discussed and recommendations were made about them.

This meeting is among a number of periodic meetings to follow up the performance of departments in the ministry’s branch with the aim of developing and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, in a way that contributes to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
