Some specialists and experts in contracting work and construction agreed on the development of this sector in terms of creating new means and equipment, the development of companies' methods in terms of the technical or administrative structure, and the creation of new mechanisms and methods according to the specifications of international quality, which was reflected in building designs and their implementation methods.
They emphasized that the previous expansions of local companies are enough to cover the urban boom in Egypt, and have strengthened their competitiveness to penetrate external markets and implement projects in the countries of reconstruction or the Gulf and Africa.

He pointed to the remarkable development in the contracting market, especially for the companies to which implementation work was assigned to major national projects, which were reflected in it in terms of the volume of business, machines, equipment and new methods.
He stated that the Egyptian state suffered for 30 years from a collapse in the infrastructure, which makes contractors currently do not aspire to compete for the interest in the interest of the country first, because the economic return is more important, pointing out that the construction sector in general has a strong return on the economy in terms of operating material factoriesBuilding and operating a large sector of employment, which reduces unemployment rates and reduces poverty rates.
