Brigadier General Al-Maasim pointed out that by reviewing the cameras, he found a scene that did not exceed seconds for a person picking up something from the ground, and he was identified and on his path, and it turned out that he was a European tourist staying at a hotel in Dubai. And by searching his room, he found it in a small handbag, and he admitted that he had found it on the ground, and did not know its owner, and he was transferred to the competent authorities and the diamond was retrieved, as the reporter was contacted within 4 hours at most and reassured her that the diamond was found and delivered to her, which she presented in turn.
