مسير القاعة يبرر تراجع أعداد زوار الرواق والمعارض الفنية بكون الذوق العام اليوم تغير، فالطبقة المتوسطة التي تتذوق الفنون لم يعد بإمكانها اقتناء اللوحات نظرا لكونها لم تعد أولوية أمام تراجع القدرة الشرائية للناس بينما الطبقة البرجوازية التي ولدت من رحم الأزمات التي عرفتها البلاد لا يشكل الفن عندها أولوية.
الرواق أعيد تدشينه في جويلية 2016 بعد أن أغلق لأزيد من عامين، وقد كلفت أشغال إعادة ترميمه ما يقارب المليار سنتيم وتم إسناد مهمة تسيره إلى ولاية الجزائر التي منحت مهمة الإشراف عليه لمؤسسة فنون وثقافة التابعة للولاية وهذا بعد أن كان في السابق في يد الاتحاد الوطني للفنون الثقافية التي كان يشرف عليها عبد الحميد عروسي والذي يعتبر أيضا المسؤول الذي قضى أطول فترة على رأس هذه الهيئة التي تعتبر من أقدم معالم مدينة الجزائر ثقافيا.

انتخاب إسماعيل هنية رئيسا للمكتب السياسي لحركة حماس
ع. سجددت حركة المقاومة الإسلامية “حماس” انتخاب إسماعيل هنية، رئيسا للمكتب السياسي للحركة لفترة جديدة تمتد حتى عام 2025، وذلك بعد اعتذار خالد مشعل عن المنافسة، وتفضيله التمديد لهنية.
وبانتخاب هنية تكون حركة حماس قد أنهت انتخاباتها الداخلية، التي بدأت منتصف فيفري الماضي وجاءت على النحو التالي: هنية رئيسا لمكتبها السياسي العام، خالد مشعل: رئيسا لها بإقليم الخارج، صالح العاروري: رئيسا لها بإقليم الضفة الغربية، ويحيى السنوار: رئيسا لها بقطاع غزة.
وولد هنية في الثامن ماي عام 1963 في مخيم الشاطئ للاجئين بمدينة غزة، وكانت عائلته قد هاجرت قسرا من قرية جورة عسقلان عام 1948، وهو متزوج، وله 13 من الأبناء.
درس الابتدائية والإعدادية في مدارس وكالة غوث اللاجئين الفلسطينيين “الأونروا”، وحصل على الثانوية العامة من معهد الأزهر، والتحق بالجامعة الإسلامية بغزة عام 1981، وتخرج فيها مُجازا في الأدب العربي.
وسبق أن شغل هنية عدة وظائف في الجامعة الإسلامية بغزة، قبل أن يصبح عام 1997 عضوا في مجلس أمنائها، وتولى رئاسة مكتب الشيخ أحمد ياسين بعد الإفراج عنه من سجون الاحتلال، وكان عضوًا في اللجنة العليا للحوار وممثلًا للحركة في لجنة المتابعة العليا للفصائل الوطنية والإسلامية في الانتفاضة الثانية.
اعتقله الاحتلال للمرة الأولى عام 1987 بُعيد اندلاع الانتفاضة الفلسطينية، وأمضى في السجن 18 يوما، واعتقل للمرة الثانية سنة 1988 مدة ستة أشهر اعتقالا إداريا، ودخل هنية سجون الاحتلال مجددا سنة 1989 بتهمة الانتماء إلى حركة حماس، حيث أمضى ثلاث سنوات، وبعدها أُبعد إلى منطقة مرج الزهور في جنوب لبنان، لكنه عاد إلى قطاع غزة بعد عام من الإبعاد.
وتعرض لمحاولة اغتيال في 6 سبتمبر 2003 إثر غارة صهيونية استهدفته مع الشيخ أحمد ياسين. وترأس هنية قائمة “التغيير والإصلاح” التي حصدت أغلبية مقاعد المجلس التشريعي الفلسطيني في الانتخابات التشريعية المنظمة مطلع جانفي 2006.
بعدها، كلف هنية بتشكيل الحكومة الفلسطينية في فيفري 2006، وتعرض، موكبه لإطلاق نار في غزة في 20 أكتوبر 2006.
استهدفت طائرات الاحتلال الحربية منزله في غزة بالقصف خلال عدوان عام 2014. وتم توقيع اتفاق الشاطئ في منزله عام 2014، الذي أنهى سبع سنوات من الانقسام السياسي، وتشكلت إثر الاتفاق حكومة وفاق وطني.

صفقة لاقتناء 7 مولدات أكسجين من تركيا لمستشفيات الشلف
ب/ يعقوبكشفت مصالح ولاية الشلف عن التوصل إلى حل لأزمة الأكسجين التي كانت سببا مباشرا في مضاعفات الوضع الوبائي المستجد في الولاية، معلنة عن مخرجات هامة تمخضت عن اللقاء الذي انعقد بمبنى الولاية مع رجال أعمال الولاية وأعضاء لجنة متابعة ورصد وباء كورونا، حي خلص اللقاء لنتائج استعجالية، أبرزها جمع ما لا يقل عن 8 ملايير و 200 مليون سنتيم لاقتناء 7 مولدات أكسجين وتركيبها بعد وصولها في أقل من شهر بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية السبعة “الأختان باج، أولاد محمد، الشرفة، الصبحة، الشطية وأحمد بوراس وزيغود يوسف بمدينة تنس الساحلية” .
وكشف اللقاء الذي انعقد في مقر الولاية، عن أن هذه الاعتمادات المالية الكافية التي جمعها رجال أعمال وأرباب مؤسسات اقتصادية ومستثمرون ومقاولون، ستكون كافية لاقتناء 7 مولدات أكسجين لإنتاج ذات المورد الحيوي في موقعه Inmatec خلال شهر واحد حسب المدة التي تستغرقها عملية الشحن من خارج الوطن.
وبحسب مصادر “الشروق” فان الاتفاق تم بصفة رسمية مع الشركة المستوردة “eurl fmed”، التي أكدت أنها أبرمت صفقة شراء هذه الأجهزة الحيوية مع الشركة المصنعة التركية “سومر”، التي منحت مدة أقصاها 30 يوما لتسليم هذه المولدات التي تسير بنظام 1000 لتر في الدقيقة وبسعة 70 م3 في الساعة، فيما لم تتضح معالم تسيير هذه المولدات بعد تركيبها واستعمالها بعد فترة القضاء على الجائحة الوبائية، كون أن هذه المولدات بحاجة إلى صيانة ومبالغ مخصصة لذلك.
كما أعلن عن الشروع في اقتناء عدد من مكثفات الأكسجين حسب ما هو متوفر في السوق خارج وداخل الوطن، كما كشف رئيس غرفة التجارة والصناعة عن أن أبواب الغرفة مفتوحة لرجال المال والأعمال لتقديم تبرعاتهم من أجل تسريع وتيرة اقتناء عدد هام من المستلزمات الطبية الضرورية التي يحتاجها مرضى كوفيد في الولاية، التي عرفت تفشيا رهيبا لوباء كورونا.
على هذا النحو، تم استحداث خلية لتنسيق الجهود فيما بين المصالح والخلية الولائية لرصد تطورات الوضع الوبائي، وربط التنسيق مع رجال الأعمال لمتابعة مدى تطور المبادرات الهادفة إلى توفير الدعم المادي اللازم للقطاع الصحي لمواجهة جائحة كورونا.
ومعلوم أن والي الشلف كان عقد اجتماعا هاما مع نواب الولاية بحضور رئيس المجلس الشعبي الولائي، من أجل تكاثف الجهود لتوفير الدعم المادي والبشري للمؤسسات الصحية العمومية عبر تراب الولاية، مع إمكانية إضافة مراكز جديدة لتلقيح المواطنين ضد فيروس كورونا وإبلاغهم بذلك، كما تم تدارس تأطير المجتمع المدني والحركة الجمعوية مع التأكيد على العمل التحسيسي والتوعوي وسط المواطنين لدفعهم إلى تسريع وتيرة التلقيح للخروج من الأزمة الصحية المستجدة في الأمد القريب.
كما أثنت فعاليات المجتمع المدني كثيرا على روح مبادرة الفاعلين المدنيين الذين انخرطوا مبكرا في الحملة التضامنية لدعم جهود الدولة في جمع الأموال الخاصة باقتناء مولدات أكسجين لمستشفيات الولاية، بحيث استطاعت جمعية حي الشمال الغربي لمدينة بوقادير جمع ما لا يقل عن 1 مليار سنتيم من محسنين ومن الجالية المقيمة في المهجر، قاهرة كل الظروف الصحية والمناخية، معلنة عن تحديات بالغة في جمع التبرعات من أجل اقتناء مولد الأكسجين والخلاص من مضاعفات نفاذ هذه المادة، الضرورية لإنقاذ حياة المصابين بفيروس كورونا.

بطاقة لمواضع حاويات القمامة قريبا بقطاع الصديقية في وهران
خيرة غانوتم مؤخرا، عقد اجتماعات مع لجان أحياء تابعة للقطاع الحضري الصديقية بوهران من أجل الخروج بمقترحات حول إعادة النظر في خريطة مواقع رمي للنفايات، فيما يخضع مطلب تجديد حاويات القمامة حاليا للدراسة، وهذا ضمن برنامج خاص من شأنه أن يكون تجربة نموذجية قد تعمم على باقي مناطق وبلديات وهران الأخرى في إطار حربها المعلنة ضد النفايات- حسبما استفيد من معاذ عابد، مسؤول المندوبية البلدية حمو بوتليليس، المعروفة سابقا بقطاع الصديقية -.
وفيما أشار ذات المندوب إلى وجود عجز في حلحلة أزمة النظافة التي تعاني منها شوارع وهران، خاصة في المناطق ذات الكثافة السكانية العالية، وأيضا على مستوى المواقع الشاغرة التي شهدت عمليات هدم بنايات سكنية هشة بعد ترحيل قاطنيها، إلا أنه اعتبر الأساس في معالجة هذا المشكل الذي يشوه جمال عاصمة الولاية على وجه الخصوص ويسيء إلى سمعتها ومكانتها كحاضرة متوسطية، هو التعويل على إعادة النظر في النظم القانونية والمقاييس التي تشجع على جمع النفايات لتكون مصدر استثمار مربح للمؤسسات الصناعية الصغيرة والمتوسطة في مجال التدوير وإعادة استغلال القمامة، وذلك بداية بمراجعة جدول أسعار بيعها كمادة أولية يتم الحصول عليها سواء من تقنيات الفرز الآلي أو المباشر، إلى جانب تعزيز الحس المدني وسلوك المواطنة البناءة لتكون المساهمة جماعية ومنفعية لجميع الأطراف، والأهم من ذلك التخلص من مناظر أكوام النفايات التي تكتسح كل ناصية طريق ورصيف بأحياء عاصمة غرب البلاد ومن دون استثناء تقريبا، حيث يؤكد في هذا السياق، إلى أن شاحنات النظافة تجمع على مستوى قطاع الصديقية لوحده ما وزنه 400 طن يوميا من القمامة، مضيفا أنه رغم ذلك لا يلمس المار على شوارعه أي نتائج لهذه الجهود، وذلك بسبب غياب نظام زمني ومكاني يضبط بشكل صارم ومحدد عمليات التخلص من أكياس النفايات المنزلية من طرف المواطنين.
في المقابل، يرجح مسؤول مندوبية حمو بوتليليس التفكير جديا في وضع بطاقة ولائية تحدد مواقع وضع حاويات القمامة، معلنا عن شروع قطاعه فعليا في تبني هذه المبادرة التي لا يستبعد الانطلاق في اعتمادها قريبا، حيث صرح أن لقاءات كانت قد جمعته بممثلي لجان أحياء من أجل بلورة هذه الفكرة من طرف المتعامل العمومي مع المندوبية، والمتمثل في مؤسسة وهران – نظافة، بما قد يكون – حسبه – بمثابة تجربة نموذجية من شأنها تخليص وهران قاطبة من نفاياتها مهما كان حجمها وطبيعتها، مثلما تحدث عن إمكانية أن يفتح المجال واسعا لإقحام الخواص في دعم حظيرة شاحنات النظافة، من خلال إعادة النظر في القوانين التي تحدد أسعار نقل القمامة، مشيرا في هذا الإطار الى أن الأسعار المعتمدة حاليا غير مشجعة إطلاقا على النهوض بالاستثمار في مجال رسكلة النفايات، ذلك أنها لا تمثل أي إضافة أو مكسب يستحق عناء الخوض فيه.
وبالموازاة مع انطلاق العمل بالبطاقة الجديدة لمواقع وضع الحاويات، يشير محدثنا إلى أن الأرضية ستكون حينها مواتية وملزمة من جانب المواطن للتقيد الصارم برمي أكياس القمامة في الأماكن المخصصة لها وفي الوقت المحدد الذي ستضبط له رزنامة خاصة بكل حي، وعندها فقط سيخضع أي مخالف لهذه التعليمات تحت طائل القانون، لتفرض عليه غرامات مالية، خاصة وأن المواقع التي يفترض اختيارها لوضع الحاويات ستكون على مرأى من عدسات كاميرات المراقبة المنصوبة بالشوارع العمومية.

انتعاش تجارة المسابح المطاطية بوهران
سيدأحمد فلاحيفي أعقاب الحجر الصحي الصارم، وإنهاء موسم الاصطياف قبل الأوان، وغلق الشواطئ في وجه المصطافين، لم تبق بعض العائلات مكتوفة الأيدي، بل راحت تبحث عن السبل الناجعة لتعويض ما يمكن تعويضه، واستدراك الوقت الضائع، والتوجه إلى خيار استئجار فيلات فخمة مجهزة بمسابح، من أجل قضاء بعض الأيام فيها، والتمتع بأيام جميلة، رفقة الأطفال هروبا من لفح الحر الذي يميز هاته الأيام من شهر أوت، وقد رصدنا عدة حالات لعائلات قررت كراء فيلات بوهران، تتواجد أغلبها بالكورنيش، من أجل قضاء لحظات خالدة في جو عائلي، غير أن هذا الخيار صعب ولا يقدر على تجسيده الجميع بالنظر لقيمة الإيجار المرتفعة.
في هذا الصدد ذكر أحد الموظفين، أنه أراد أن يقضي ككل سنة عطلته السنوية مع عائلته وأبنائه على شاطئ البحر، ليتفاجأ بقرار الغلق، وهو ما دفعه إلى البحث عن منفذ آخر والمتمثل في استئجار فيلا فخمة تتواجد ببلدية عين الترك، بقيمة 30 ألف دينار لليلة الواحدة، وشعاره هو ميزانية العطلة يجب أن تستغل في العطلة، وقد اتفق مع أحد ملاك تلك الفيلات، التي توصل إليها عبر بعض المعارف، وتم الاتفاق على كل شيء بقضاء أسبوع داخل الفيلا الجميلة وتدوين أجمل اللحظات بصور خالدة، ونفس الفكرة اختارها الشاب هشام عامل بمؤسسة ترامواي، الذي لم يجد حرجا في الاتفاق مع بعض أصدقائه من أجل تأجير تلك الفيلا، وإحياء فيها عيد ميلاد أحد أصدقائه، والتمتع بطبق المشوي بحكم تواجد مدخنة بالقرب من المسبح الجميل، وعن السعر المرتفع للكراء أجاب هشام أنه يقوم بالاشتراك مع أصدقائه لجمع المبلغ الإجمالي، فذلك أفضل من أن تتحمل بمفردك القيمة الإجمالية يقول الشاب.
وإذا كان هذا حال بعض العائلات في فصل الصيف، فهناك من راحوا لأبعد الحدود، حين قاموا باقتناء وتركيب مسابح في سكناتهم، من أجل أن يتمتع أبناؤهم بالانتعاش وتقاسم لحظات الفرجة في هذا الجو الحار، وهي الفكرة التي جسدتها عائلة من بلدية البرية، أين تم اقتناء مسبح مطاطي بقيمة 70 ألف دينار، وتم وضعه في باحة المنزل، وتحول إلى المكان المفضل للأطفال يقصدونه في أية لحظة من أجل التمتع ببرودة المياه المنعشة، وتعويض ما فاتهم خلال هاته العطلة بعد غلق الشواطئ ومنع السباحة وتغريم المخالفين، وفي هذا الموضوع أفاد صاحب محل ألعاب بحي أسامة، أن تجارة المسابح المطاطية عرفت رواجا كبيرا في الآونة الأخيرة، بالنظر للظروف الصحية الخطيرة وغلق الشواطئ، وهو ما جعلهم يضاعفون عدد المسابح التي صارت تنفذ في ظرف قياسي، خاصة أن محلهم يعتمد على التجارة الإلكترونية، ويتم الاتفاق على كل شيء حتى قضية التوصيل داخل وخارج الولاية.

فتح تخصصات تكوينية جديدة لدورة سبتمبر 2021
ناصر بلقاسمأنهت مديرية التكوين والتعليم المهنيين لولاية عين تموشنت كل الترتيبات الخاصة بالدخول المهني دورة سبتمبر2021، الذي يشكل فرصة إضافية للقطاع لإنجاز الأهداف المسطرة في برنامج نشاطاته، والمتمثلة أساسا في الاستفادة من قدرات التكوين، والاستجابة لكل طلبات التكوين المعبر عنها استنادا إلى رؤية استشرافية لدعم ومراقبة مختلف برامج التطور الاقتصادي، حسبما كشفه السيد رابح بوحفص مدير القطاع لولاية عين تموشنت للشروق، الذي أشار إلى أنه من أجل تحقيق ذلك، حضرت مصالحه كل الإمكانيات والوسائل للدخول المهني المقبل.
وحسب المدير الولائي للقطاع، فإن قطاع التكوين يحتوي على 15 مؤسسة تكوينية بالولاية، بالإضافة إلى ملحقة واحدة، بقدرة استيعاب نظرية إجمالية قدرت ب 4700 مقعد بيداغوجي، فيما بلغ عدد المكونين 263، منهم 136 أستاذ التكوين المهني، و 72 أستاذ متخصص في التكوين والتعليم المهنيين من الدرجة الأولى، و55 أستاذ متخصص من الدرجة الثانية، أما عدد المتكونين فيبلغ 7565 في مختلف أنماط التكوين، فيما بلغ تعداد المتخرجين خلال السنة الماضية 2020 حسب الشعب المهنية 2598، منهم 822 بالنسبة للتكوين الإقامي، و 1149 متخرج عن طريق التمهين، أمام تعداد خريجي التكوين المهني المتوج بشهادة التأهيل المهني الذي بلغ 628 متخرج، أما بالنسبة لتعداد المتخرجين خلال السداسي الأول من السنة الجارية 2021 فقد بلغ 1744 حسب الشعب المهنية، ولتحقيق هذا المسعى يقول رابح بوحفص مدير القطاع، تم تسخير كل الإمكانيات والوسائل الضرورية من منشآت وتجهيزات تقنية وبيداغوجية، وكذا التأطير من أجل ضمان النوعية والجودة الضروريتين من خلال عرض 4425 منصب تكوين بيداغوجي، منها 735 منصب للتكفل ب 31 تخصص جديد موزع على عدد المناصب المفتوحة لهذه الدورة حسب أنماط التكوين بمجموع 4425 منصب، وحسب محدثنا، فقد بلغ عدد التخصصات الجديدة لهذه السنة،31 تخصص موزعة على 735 منصب تكوين بيداغوجي، منها تربية الأبقار، متابعة الإنجاز في البناء، مساح توبوغرافي، تسيير أشغال البناء، الطرق والشبكات المختلفة، وتنظيم ورشة البناء، تلبيس الأرضيات، الصيانة الصناعية، تصليح الهواتف الثابتة والنقالة، الخبازة والمهجنات، إدارة وأمن شبكات المعلوماتية، وتركيب الألواح الشمسية الضوئية والحرارية وغيرها من التخصصات، تضاف إليها تخصصات جديدة على غرار الخشب والتأثيث، البناء والأشغال العمومية، الكيمياء الصناعية والبلاستيك، الكهرباء الإلكترونية-طاقوية، الفندقة والإطعام والسياحة، إعلام آلي-الرقمنة-الإتصالات، ميكانيك المحركات والآليات، مهن المياه و البيئة،الصيد البحري و تربية المائيات،تقنية الإدارة والتسيير، وتقنيات السمعي البصري.
وأضاف مسؤول القطاع بالولاية، أنه تحضيرا للدخول المهني لدورة سبتمبر 2021، قامت المديرية بتسطير مخطط إعلامي وتنظيم أبواب مفتوحة على التكوين والتعليم المهنيين على المستوى المحلي وعلى مستوى المؤسسات التكوينية، وحصص إعلامية على مستوى المؤسسات التربوية باستعمال أشرطة وثائقية وتقنيات حديثة للإعلام والإتصال في إطار المكاتب المشتركة، وزيارات ميدانية إلى ورشات مؤسسات التكوين المهني، وتسطير برنامج مكثف بالتنسيق مع وسائل الإعلام المحلية، والترويج للمعاهد الوطنية المتخصصة في التكوين المهني والتخصصات التي توفرها وشروط الإقامة فيها، وتنظيم قوافل إعلامية تنشط على مستوى المداشر والقرى النائية ومناطق الظل وهذا لتقريب القطاع مع شباب هذه المناطق وإعطائهم فرصة لدخول عالم التكوين وإبقاء مكاتب التسجيل مفتوحة طيلة الأسبوع وخلال العطلة الأسبوعية منذ بدء التسجيلات إلى غاية انتهائها مع الاحترام التام للتدابير والإجراءات الوقائية المعمول بها لتفادي انتشار فيروس كورونا.

مستفيدون ينصبون خيما ويقضون ليلة بيضاء بوهران
سيدأحمد فلاحيفي سابقة هي الأولى من نوعها، قضى العشرات من مكتتبي عدل على مستوى حي 2000 سكن بمسرغين، ليلتهم داخل خيم بالقرب من سكناتهم الجاهزة، احتجاجا على تماطل المديرية الجهوية لوكالة عدل في توزيع السكنات التي صارت جاهزة منذ عدة أشهر، حيث وبرغم توزيع عليهم قرارات الاستفادة، إلا أن الخطوة الأخيرة المتعلقة بتوزيع المفاتيح لم تحصل بعد، وهو ما دفع المئات من المستفيدين إلى التحرك سريعا وتنظيم أول اعتصام أمام مقر الوكالة الجهوية، يوم الخميس الماضي، ليليه اعتصام وتجمع شعبي على مستوى الموقع العمراني أحمد زبانة، للضغط على المسؤولين من أجل تسهيل الأمور ومنحهم المفاتيح قبل المرور إلى خطوة أخيرة وهي اقتحام السكنات.
وحسب ممثل المحتجين فإن الفكرة جاءت بعد تدهور أحوالهم المعيشية، خاصة بالنسبة لمن تم طردهم من السكنات التي استأجروها لسنوات، ليصطدموا بقرار التماطل والتأخير في ظروف غامضة، حيث حضرت الشقق وحضرت قرارات الاستفادة لكن غاب القرار الرشيد المتمثل في منحهم المفاتيح، ما أجبرهم على نصب خيم بالموقع السكني وقضاء ليلة تعيسة محفوفة بالأخطار، في ظل الجائحة الصحية وارتفاع عدد المصابين بالفيروس اللعين، لكن كما قال المتحدث، الأمر جلل، والجميع تعب من الانتظار لمدة 8 سنوات كاملة بين إيداع الملف وانطلاق الأشغال، محملين وزارة السكن مسؤولية ما يحدث وما قد يحدث في المستقبل في حال لم يتم تدارك الوضع ومباشرة عملية توزيع المفاتيح على المستفيدين لدخول سكناتهم.
وما شد انتباهنا خلال هذا الاعتصام، هو حضور مكثف لعائلات مرفقة بأطفالها وحتى كبار السن، مما زاد الطين بلة وترجم بصدق ما يعانيه المحتجون، الذين لم يجدوا خيارا آخر سوى دخول مساكنهم التي حلموا بها لسنوات، بعدما تقطعت بهم السبل ووجدوا أنفسهم يفترشون الأرض ويلتحفون السماء في غياب سقف آمن يحميهم من نوبات الدهر وقساوة الطبيعة من حر وبرد.
من جهة مقابلة أفادت مصادر مسؤولة من وكالة عدل، أن سبب تأخر توزيع السكنات راجع إلى الوضع الصحي الخطير، وتعذر قدوم وزير السكن وحتى رئيس الحكومة من أجل الإشراف على عملية توزيع السكنات على أصحابها، والتي كان مزمعا تنظيمها في عيد الاستقلال، وهو ما سيدفعهم إلى البحث عن طريقة أخرى لاستدراك الخلل ومنح المفاتيح لأصحابها في أقرب وقت ممكن.

ياسين. فبعد أكثر من سنة ونصف من انتشار وباء كورونا كوفيد 19، قام مجمع “كوندور” للأجهزة الكهرومنزلية بتعديل وضعية صادراته إلى الخارج إلى الأحسن برقم تجاوز 80 مليون دولار.
وقد التقت بعثة كوندور حين تنقلها إلى كوت ديفوار 4 وزراء، تم بموجبها عقد شراكة مهمة خاصة بالإنتاج والتصدير لمنتجات كوندور، وذلك بإنشاء أرضية خدمات ما بعد البيع قبل الشروع في التصدير.
كما تم الاتفاق على وضع لافتات إشهار في المدن الإيفوارية، وهو ما أكده السيد عبد الرحمان بن حمادي، الرئيس المدير العام لمجمع كوندور.

رجل يقتل زوجته داخل السيارة بباتنة
طاهر حليسياهتزت، صباح الأحد، بلدية واد الماء التابعة لدائرة مروانة بولاية باتنة، على وقع جريمة قتل، راحت ضحيتها، سيدة ربة بيت تبلغ من العمر 40 سنة، وأم لأربعة أطفال، عثر على جثتها، وعليها آثار طعن متعددة وتعنيف، ومرمية على الطريق ببلدية زانة أولاد سباع في دائرة سريانة المجاورة. وأوضحت مصادر أن لا مشاكل كبيرة سابقة بين الزوجين، عدا شجار لفظي بينهما وقع قبل أيام، بعد تعرض الجاني، لاعتداء بالضرب بمنطقة زانة أولاد سباع، يجهل سببه ولا حتى مقترفيه، حيث عاد إلى البيت كئيبا ومتعصبا، وتسبب الشجار “اللغز”، في خلاف بينهما وفي اختلافات قرر بموجبها الزوج إعادة زوجته بمفردها صباح أمس الأحد إلى بيت أهلها، قبل أن يرتكب فعلته داخل السيارة وينقل الجثة إلى بلدية أخرى، ويسلم نفسه طواعية لفرقة الدرك الوطني لبلدية واد الماء، معترفا بأنه هو الجاني وقاتل أم أبنائه الأربعة، حيث تتواصل التحقيقات معه، تزامنا مع عرض جثة الضحية للطبيب الشرعي ضمن التحقيقات الأمنية.

B. عأكثر من 300 هكتار من الغابات أتلفت في ولاية قسنطينة، في اليومين الأخيرين، في حرائق مهولة في جبال ذراع الناقة وجبل الوحش ولعقاب، والتي رفعت في مقياس درجة الحرارة، التي سجلت أول أمس رقما قياسيا، قال بشأنه مصدر من الأرصاد الجوية بأنه لم يتم تسجيله في قسنطينة، منذ أن بدأ قياس الحرارة بانتظام، في خمسينيات القرن الماضي، برقم 45.5 درجة، خاصة أن الحرائق لم يتم السيطرة عليها، برغم الدعم القادم من ولايتي ميلة وسطيف.
تزامنت الحرارة القياسية مع توقف حركة النقل الحضري ضمن الحجر الجزئي، الذي أقرته الحكومة، ما خلق مصاعب كثيرة للمواطنين، حتى أن غالبيتهم بقوا في بيوتهم طوال اليوم، لأن ترمومتر الحرارة، لم ينزل عن الأربعين حتى في حدود السابعة مساء، وتواصل إلى غاية أمس الأحد، بدرجة حرارة بلغت الـ42، وقال بشأنها كبار السن بأنها غير عادية، ولم يسبق لهم وأن عاشوا في حياتهم حرارة مماثلة أو صيف حارا وجافا مثل صيف 2021.
وكان من العادة أن قسنطينة تفقد قرابة 75 بالمائة من ساكنيها، في نهاية الأسبوع، في شهري جويلية وأوت، بين من يتوجه إلى شواطئ المنطقة الشرقية في ولايات بجاية وجيجل وسكيكدة والطارف وعنابة، أو إلى القرى والأرياف ومنتجعات الجارة تونس، أو إلى أوروبا، فتبدو المدينة خالية على عروشها.
وحدثت ظواهر غريبة أيضا تزامنا مع الحرارة الشديدة، حيث اختفت أسراب الحمام الذي من عادته غزو الشرفات والنوافذ، وشوهدت العشرات منها من دون روح، تزحف أرضا في بعض الأحياء، كما تحدث مواطنون عن اختفاء حشرة البعوض، التي هلكت في درجات الحرارة المرتفعة ومنها أحياء كانت تعاني من حشرة الناموس في كل صيف، كما غادرت قوافل البدو الرحّل وأهل الجنوب الولاية، ومن عادتهم أن ينصبوا خيمهم في العديد من المناطق مثل منطقة شطابة بعين اسمارة، أو في بلدية زيغود يوسف، حيث ينقلون ماشيتهم معهم من أجل الكلأ والماء، الغائبين في هذا الصيف الحار جدا.
