New York police have arrested and charged 32-year-old Bradley Hill with assault after CCTV footage showed a man assaulting a woman after he kicked her in the chest, causing her to fall down an escalator in a subway station, the victim said. The 32-year-old said it was shocking and frightening, leaving her with cuts and bruises. She added that the man was upset when she asked him to apologize after hitting her while climbing the stairs.
